Retha is a mom of three, an author, a businesswoman, and a property investor. She recently launched her one-of-a-kind book “How to create wealth with student accommodation in South Africa.” As the founder and CEO of My Student House, she creates a passive income experience for investors nationally in the student accommodation market.
My Student House has doubled in growth year on year since inception. They now operate in 4 provinces and help new aspiring student accommodation landlords enter and navigate this complex space.
Retha believes that not only housing but also enrichment and student life programs play an integral part in cultivating the success of students, so they can become the holistic future leaders that we need for South Africa.
